Very delicious, give it a 10 out of 10. Everything is good, fresh ingredients, good taste, suitable for people who don't eat spicy food, focus on feeling the freshness and sweetness in the taste of the ingredients.

Service is terrible ,called almost 20 times to book a table but no one answered the phone . When we arrived they told us “fully booked” .. furthermore, their service is terrible.. their staffs pretends not to see you when you need them to refill your pot of tea .. is this the service of a well known cantonese restaurant?. The food is not special at all.. especially the roast pork and the char siew.. extremely disappointing.

The food is very delicious. Red water snow fish, stir-fried mixed vegetables, fried tofu with an unusual taste. Very good service, all the lovely staff.

The crispy roast pork and barbeque pork were disappointing, hope the head chef to keep an eye on it quality of the branches! Except skin is crispy, the flesh were dry and lack of flavor!, does not conform to Chef Man original standard!.

Another delicious Chinese food restaurant. The price is quite high but they use very good ingredients. The fish and lobster dishes are very fresh. Here they make delicious soups that taste really good, especially fish soup. As for the lobster, it's delicious and eaten raw. If you don't want to eat it raw, there's a soup that's always heated over a fire for each person. The fish maw menu is very large and of good quality, very delicious as well. My favorite menu that I always order is crispy pork, but today I feel it's a bit oily but the taste is still as good as before.

As expected, the fish maw noodles have a very good texture and taste like abalone juice. At 890baht a bowl, the price is reasonable, so you must have a bowl per person. Roasted pork belly, the skin is so crispy. However, the skin of the roasted pigeon may be a little burnt and dry. Luo Han Zhai has too much gravy. But the materials used are top quality. The preserved egg tastes average, and the white meat with garlic paste is okay. The service is very good. Next time I come to Thailand, I will come back for more fish maw noodles.
